I have been a frequent guest at this hotel whenever I'm in the area, and I always leave satisfied with my stay. The service is exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Plus, the recent upgrades to the hotel have made it even better than before. I was pleasantly surprised to find that each room now comes with a spacious big screen TV, adding a touch of luxury to my stay. Despite its location near the A1 and an industrial site, noise was never an issue, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep.
All aspects of my stay were great.

The hotel offered free fans which was a relief as the room got quite hot during the day. the bedding and towels were freshly replaced daily. the hotel's location close to the A1 made it easy to travel to nearby places.
The breakfast service was a disaster. No buffet was offered and the service was slow.

I recently had a very good stay at this hotel in St. Neots. the value for money was excellent. The prices were affordable, especially considering the basic amenities and clean, well-sized rooms. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The location of the hotel, close to Wyboston lakes, was also convenient for me as I was attending an event nearby. Additionally, the breakfast at the nearby pub provided a delicious start to the day, with plenty of choice.
Everything was okay.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was also quiet, which made for a peaceful stay.
There were a couple of downsides to our experience. we had requested a cot for our toddler, but when we arrived, it only had a hard base with no mattress.

This hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few miles from a wedding venue. the nearby A428 does not cause too much traffic noise. the on-site restaurant, Chef & Brewer, offers delicious food that is a cut above many Premier Inns. the fish platter was excellent. Breakfast was more than adequate, with options like Alpen, fresh fruit, and bagels. the room had a powerful free-standing fan, but air conditioning would have been more ideal. the hotel also provides basic tea and coffee facilities.
The floors in this hotel are springy and squeaky, which can be quite bothersome.
